About PDF Prime: Scan & Manager: We provide professional PDF scanning, conversion, editing, and smart storage cleaning tools. Your document privacy is paramount — all core processing happens locally on your device, and we never upload your personal files without explicit consent.

This privacy policy applies to the PDF Prime: Scan & Manager mobile application (referred to as "Application") provided by aidogamingcenterug (referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service (with optional in-app purchases). This service is provided "AS IS". By installing and using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

Information Collection & Device Permissions

When you download and use the Application, we may collect the following anonymized or essential information to improve stability and performance:

  • Device IP address, pages visited, timestamps, and time spent on the Application.
  • Mobile operating system version, device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) used solely for advertising attribution and analytics.
  • PDF file metadata (file size, page count, creation date) — we never read or transmit the actual content of your PDF documents unless you explicitly enable cloud backup (if offered in the future).
  • Crash logs and usage statistics via Firebase and similar tools (anonymized).

To deliver powerful PDF conversion, deep system cleaning, and junk file removal, the Application requires the following essential permissions. All permissions follow the principle of minimal necessity, and data is processed strictly on your device.

Core Device Permissions – Why We Ask

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (older versions)
Purpose: When you convert images into PDF files or extract PDF pages as images, we need to read image files from your photo gallery. This permission also enables PDF-to-image conversion features. All conversions happen completely offline — your images and PDF content are never uploaded to any server.
  • MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (All files access)
Purpose: To provide "Deep System Scan" and "Intelligent Cleaning", the Application requires this broad storage permission to:
      • Scan your device storage thoroughly to locate redundant junk files, app cache leftovers, duplicate documents, and temporary PDF copies.
      • Help you safely clean invalid caches, outdated scanned items, and residual temporary conversion files, freeing up storage space.
      • Ensure efficient file organization (e.g., batch renaming, moving to custom folders) during PDF scanning and management.
Important commitment: We only scan file metadata (extension, size, date) to identify cleanable items. We never read the actual content of your private documents (such as personal photos, bank statements, or sensitive text) without your explicit action. All cleaning operations are triggered by you (e.g., tapping "Clean" or "Delete"), and you can revoke this permission anytime in system settings. This permission is only accessed when you actively use the "Deep Clean" or "Junk File Scanner" features.

You can grant or revoke permissions at any time via your device settings. If you deny essential permissions, features such as PDF-to-image conversion and deep cleaning will be limited, but basic PDF reading and simple management remain available.

The Service Provider may use information you provide (such as your email address when contacting support) to send important notices or service updates. We do not use your personal documents for any marketing purposes.

For a better experience, some anonymized data (e.g., advertising identifier) may be used to show non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

2

Third-Party Services & SDKs

The Application integrates third-party SDKs that may collect anonymized data under their own privacy policies to provide analytics, advertising, and crash reporting. None of these third parties access your PDF content or gallery images. The service providers and links to their privacy policies are:

These third parties may collect device information and approximate location (IP-based) to optimize ad relevance, but they do not associate such data with your personal documents.

3

Opt-Out & Deletion Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process provided by your device or app marketplace. To delete any locally generated documents or caches, you may use the built-in "Deep Clean" feature or manually remove folders via a file manager.

If you wish to request deletion of any backend data associated with your device (such as crash identifiers), please contact us at [email protected], and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4

Data Retention Policy

User-provided data (e.g., email address submitted via feedback forms) is retained for no longer than 12 months after the inquiry is resolved. Anonymized usage statistics and crash reports are kept for up to 24 months to help us improve the Application. All PDF files, images, and temporary caches remain under your full control on your device; the Application does not upload or retain them outside your device unless you explicitly choose cloud features (if offered).

5

Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately from our servers. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided such information should contact us at [email protected].

6

Security

We employ industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. All document processing occurs locally, and sensitive permissions are only used when you actively trigger features. However, no security system is 100% infallible; we are committed to continuously improving our protection measures.

7

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page periodically.
